После каждого запуска двигателя система автоматически активируется и переходит в режим ожидания. Можно использовать выключатель ISG OFF (отключение ISG) для ручного отключения функции до следующего изменения состояния. Нажатие кнопки выключателя подтверждается включением лампы.

1. Условия остановки двигателя на холостом ходу (холостой ход > остановка)

Двигатель запустится автоматически при отсутствии активности со стороны водителя, если выполняются следующие условия:

? Общее условие: включена нейтральная передача и отпущена педаль сцепления

• Сбой линии связи (LIN/CAN)
• Сбой датчика нейтрали
• Сбой датчика давления вакуума в усилителе тормозов
• Сбой датчика нажатия педали сцепления

Когда двигатель находится в режиме остановки на холостом ходу, он может быть запущен без принятия водителем каких-либо мер.
Перед тем, как покинуть автомобиль или выполнять любые действия в моторном отсеке, остановите двигатель, переведя ключ зажигания в положение LOCK или вынув его.

1. Decrease the vehicle speed to less than 5 km/h (3 mph).

2. Shift into N (Neutral) position.

3. Release the clutch pedal.

The engine will stop and the green AUTO STOP() indicator on the instrument cluster will illuminate.

Also, a message «Auto Stop» will appear on the LCD display.

You must reach a speed of at least 10 km/h (6 mph) since last idle stop.

— The driver’s seat belt is fastened.
— The driver’s door and engine hood are closed.
— The brake vaccum pressure is adequate.
— The battery is sufficiently charged.
— The outside temperature is between -2°C to 35°C (28.4°F to 95°F).
— The engine coolant temperature is not too low.

• If the ISG system does not meet the operation condition, the ISG system is deactivated. The light on the ISG OFF button will illuminate and a message “Auto Stop Deactivated” or “ Auto Stop conditions not met” will appear on the LCD display.
